Amarone della Valpolicella D.O.C. 2007 Organic Vineyards:red D.O.C.G. wine

 

Colour: Deep Ruby Red

Aroma:  Persistent aromas with layers of juicy black currant, prune,cherry, lots of spice-anise, black pepper and clove joined by hints of espresso. 

 

Taste: These flavors fall effortlessly in a silky texture with supple tannins, that show on the long finish.Mineral notes.

 

Ageing: The first step is in the oak casks.The wine matures in barriques around 2 years before bottling.

 

Gastronomic matches: Braised and roasted red meat.Excellent also with mature cheese.Considered a wine for meditation.

 

Serving temperature: 18-20 C
